I think you have social anxiety. Just join a group of public speakers to overcome it.

I'm an anxiety machine have every sort of anxiety. It's very intense don't think can be cured by theraphy

Are you still drinking a lot of caffeine? That wouldn't help.

I wonder what you would be doing if you weren't anxious all the time.

I would like to drink sometimes out would like to go to movies chill at sc listen nice music shop play video games etc I have financial sources to do these but I can't do them

I used to enjoy them now I don't..doing those harms my mental health I can't even watch tv because of that

Who says that??? Happiness is the best thing there is for mental health.

That's nonsense. If you enjoy something, it's real and it has real consequences: the anxiety gets forgotten for a while and you start to feel better about life.

I guess you chose the right name when you signed up here! There's an undercurrent of despair in everything you do and write about. Where do you think it started? I've never known a baby or a toddler to be so... flattened. They approach everything with joy and curiosity. When did you stop doing that?

I was a popular liked guy at high school at 8 grade suddenly my grades worsened and I became unpopular disliked that caused serious wounds at my sensitive soul at 18 I became clinically depressed a long story indeed
