Hi Eudj

I'm in a bit of a bad place at the moment with my eating disorder... which is out of control and ruling over everything I do. I'm sorry if my questions are covered somewhere in your OP, but I'm not really able to read longs bits of text at the moment. My questions are how did you get started, and how did you choose which hypnosis programme to go with? I saw that you had a link to a free trial. Did you end up going with that one? Again, sorry if you've explained that already... but when I'm like this I balk at long paragraphs and text and can't take it all in.

Post a link to statistically rigorous studies on this. In the US 1000 die every day from smoking. Are you counting dying as quitting?

Are you serious?

In the 50's, over 50% of Americans smoked. Now it's less than 20%. I really feel bad for you if you believe that it's not possible for people to quit smoking.
