Cold Belgium beer, how much does it damage?

Should I drink cold coke instead of beer? Wouldn't like to damage any progress

ı drank the coke then a beer too beer obviously harmful dont know how to stop cravings

Thing is, you now have Zeki's email and you can write to him in English or Turkish, whichever is easier for you both. He says he knows how tough life must be for you and he believes you can come to England if you really want to. Stop fretting over that horrible job you're stuck with, because you're not stuck with it unless you want to be. Reading is a very big town and we'd soon have you sorted with a job of some kind.

Zeki and I both understand how hard it would be for you to leave your home country. Life here would be very tough for you for a while, but you'd have me and Zeki as friends. Zeki says things are much better here and eventually you would settle. I am semi-retired (I write books and short stories) and would look out for you.

But that's getting ahead of things. Even if you made the decision to leave Turkey right now, it would take a long time to go through the process of migration before you could come.

Write to Zeki. Ask him about how he made the move, what it was like when he got here, and any other questions you have. Don't just go on about how Desperate you are; he already knows what your life is like there.

Maybe one day I'll have two Turkish friends in town who both abandon me at Christmas when they go to visit their families and friends.

hello candid first of all its nice to see friends writing at my threads they tend to be self monologue diaries thread was an example disaster ı'll write to zeki ı would like to live in england more than anything ı have 2 friends at england already my job is terrible indeed in fact ım not healthy enough to work at any job ı mean anxiety worries checking etc an artıst attraction like writing graphic design isnt likely for now as my mental capabilities diminished because of diesease. the email you gave me isnt working ı think its gmail.com written just @gma at the mail. I think zeki is a nice guy ıt's so kind of you and zeki to offer help. Who knows even it seems likely from my point of view a miracle happens and ı migrate to england. Anyways my anxiety is very intense worrying with tension at my soul. My worry is ı couldnt complete a few works on legal time some of them ı think related to sensitive ıssues ı worry about a legal trouble ın fact even most simple things at work become a struggle and cause anxiety how will ı do those works? even mentioning them causes discomfort. I would like to have an easier thing to do to pay bills but ı cant see any chance for now also ı worry ıf ı resign they won't accept it before completing works you know its desperate now ı will write a mail to zeki talk to you

Got quite bored. Such an awful life I have. Can't stand anymore. My house in a mess cleaner is a jerk. It's cold and dark. Tons of work to do at office but zero motivation to them worries intense from time to time so is my life what to do?

You have a cleaner? Am I misreading this? Are you saying someone else cleans your house?

yes ı pay someone to clean my house he is an idiot and a jerk ı don't know why ı don't fire him my house sometimes become too dirty and ım usually not in the mood for cleaning dirty house fuels negativity ı regard this as bad luck couldnt find a better person for cleaning.

It's small concept of life having the luxury of paid cleaning. When you live in anxious fear getting fired, being prisoner and even recently forgetting that you work spend all day inside can't even drink a beer not being able to listen music when you listen weird sensations happen that make you angry..There are many reasons that make me think life is awful these came to my mind now and I think they are enough in fact honestly the only thing that keep me going on is uf I can't stand this life one more day if there weren't uf
