I'm afraid I don't know you as well as the other forum members. Maybe if you post some background information that would help. Not a life story but just whether you work and why you post here, and so forth.

Been done to death. That's why people don't respond to desperate anymore.. totally pointless.

I don't know all the story. However, psychology is still about support where that's possible. Also psychology has to deal with all sorts of problems people have. I had one friend who only ever talked about his nose as he had dysmorphia. I admit I have no awareness of desperate's situation. Such as age, status or diagnosis.

I can only comment on what I have seen asked, the responses by people who genuinely offered good advice, which was ignored time and time again. That, or it just generated another topic to post on... no intention of listening to or considering the advice given... I feels more compulsion to seek attention than wanting answers. Good luck if you want to engage in this.

Advice given to me is odd. Dont listen music dont watch tv dont have a walk out, dont eat sweats etc. No one can sit all day idle eating only plants and fruits.

Have you had any diagnosis offered? Did your issues start later in life or in childhood?
It helps to write down all the background in detail so that the psychologist you see can explore the diagnostic aspect. That too is complicated.
If people on the forum ignored you it's likely they didn't find a way to connect with your posts - especially if the posts were sent during a time of anxiety. So, as Tokeless stated, he couldn't seem to pick up any advice offered was being read or considered. That would tend to break down communication lines. I mean, on an internet forum it can be more difficult than with a practitioner.
I don't think it's a case of being ignored but just a connection issue. Many of my friends have had family in hospital and in such cases I can't just go and solve the problem. It takes time, therapy and optimism for your future.
