If weed paws is caused by desensitized CB1 receptors, then in theory CBD/CBG should help to speed up the process.

CBD is a CB1 inverse agonist, and CBG is a CB1 antagonist. They should force upregulation.

No one knows for sure what the mechanics behind paws is though. I am currently taking 50mg of CBG each morning in hope that it will speed things up.

Fingers crossed.

Thank you for your response. I feel it brought on a heavy wave so not going to try it again. I just hope it didn't set me back long term in my recovery as this weekend was tough with depression.

I also used CBD oil a couple of months ago and felt it threw me into a horrible wave. I personally will not use it again because of this. I think you are correct to associate your CBD use with your wave- my personal opinion based on experience is that it could happen. That wave I had also included some of my worst depression I’ve had throughout PAWS. My depression is lifting now, thankfully. Yours will, too.
