I found that Anxiety creates so many different and unusual ways of feeling. The way YOU feel is not imaginary but real. Understanding it is difficult. You need a friend to confide in and someone who will listen with an open mind and heart. Please try to find one. The one thing that I have found is that people do get tired of listening. A true friend is difficult to keep. Go to your doctor, go online, keep searching. Wishing you all the best.
