I would like to add this isn't to say withdrawal isn't real. PAWS can last anywhere from 2 months to 5 years in extreme cases. however, if you are not doing anything to improve yourself or constantly working at your thought life and mindset it will set you back and you can even stop a full recovery...

See a regular doctor. And later on also ask the doctor if you need to see a psychiatrist. Feel totally free in let the doctor know whatever you feel without even a drop of hesitation.
