So, did your OCD symptoms completely clear up? I’m 7.5 months in and have developed some sensorimotor obsessions. driving me absolutely mad and hoping it isnt permanent :(

That’s great to hear! I’m happy you’re doing better and hope I can have a similar outcome for myself. This has been such a miserable journey but I’m holding out hope that I’ll soon be normal again. :)

Well done, keep up the good work. I always say that it get better over time, the first few months are hard but if we fight through them, things will get better.

Hi mate

I’m currently at 2 months weed free and I’m hoping you can tell me more about your thoughts.

I’ve had harm ocd thoughts and HOCD but now I’m having thoughts about reality. Like what if this isn’t real and I’m actually in a coma. I know this isn’t true but this thoughts are constant ans I’m scared that I will start believing them and go crazy. Are these similar to yours ? I know I need to be patient but just looking for reassuring !

Thanks !
