45 days clean off weed - Weird hand nerve pains ? Paws ?

Hello all.
I m new to this forum, I stumbled across it after experiencing a lot of symptoms after quitting weed, which I am assuming are all related to PAWS. So far I am around 45 days clean, after smoking around 2 years straight for pretty much every day. I only smoked joints with tobacco, no dabs or oils, and usually just one to get me high enough to doze off to sleep, with the occasional 2-3 joints once a week or two. I ve been over the gastroenteritis week, but still get headaches, the pressure kind, that kind of just feel like head pains, muscle soreness, random sharp body pains, fatigue, and i feel like my blood circulation is funny cause I get pins and needles very easily. But lately I ve been havin this weird pain on my top part of my hand where my veins sit, that extend to my forearm every now and then. It feels like my nerves there but also i don t know. Also other nerve or bone parts in my body feel quite sensitive when I touch them ? Has anyone else been getting weird nerve pains like that cause of PAWS ? Also sorry English is not my main language.
