No, I haven't. It's interesting you mention this, though, as I've wondered if I'm in perimenopause.

I am asking because low/high estrogen can cause depression and anxiety or they can get worse about 10 -14 days before your period.

My gyno did not suggest this to me but I am going there tomorrow to ask about it.

Btw am completely free of antidepressives and my anxiety did not get worse.

How are you doing?

Yay! Good for you to get off the AD's! :D So glad you're doing well.

I'd be interested to hear what your GYN has o say about this, if you'd be willing to share. I need to set up an appointment for one, myself. It's been years since I went.

I know, you're right. I agree. I'll definitely talk about this to my NP when I see her. I did bring it up at some point, a month or two ago, and we were planning on a three week stint in an eating disorder clinic, but probably this would bring different results than seeing a specialist.
