hiya...
I always thought anger was something that was loud and directed outward...but now I am not so sure...because if any of you have seen the film anger management then I am very much like the guy who shys away from confrontation....
so how does one handle or get through this silent shyness that is at the end of the day a form of anger....inflicted within for the outer world to keep trying to bring out from within by way of situations and events....
