Do whatever you like. Of all the ways you might die or be harmed, drinking lots of green tea is on the low end of what you need to worry about. You are probably doing more harm to your body from exposure to electronic screens than green tea. You have more of a likelihood of an illness via cell phone/computer use than green tea.

Depends on which direction you want to go with substitutions but you could go the coffee route or you could go the lavender tea or peppermint tea route

Maybe try to obtain what you get from drinking green tea from elsewhere e.g. work on personal motivation, or meditate to feel energised

I tried meditation for a long time process wasn't satisfying I just can't do it just stressing myself needlessly you get some physical substances from green tea to help relax I think it's theanine may be some others too I know that some activities too can alter brain chemistry anyways anything I don't have to consume as much of green tea or an activity like listening recordings was in my mind when posting thread

I can go crazy from drinking tea I don't know how my stomach feels like due to exposure to so much green tea would really like to try a substitude

Today drank 5, 6 cups of green tea and it's just a mild day. God protect me from disease related to excessive green tea drinking.
