Anger getting worse

Postby Nailman33 » Sat Jul 12, 2014 1:51 am

So, here's a little background. I play American football, attend school, play video games, etc, etc. Over the past year or so, my anger has gotten worse. I had some attitude before, but i dealt with it pretty well. But now, I have holes in the walls of my room from punching them, I consistently argue with my family members, friends, and peers, and i'm getting in trouble in school and athletics, for not being able to keep my mouth shut from things that I used to be able to ignore, and punished in practice for getting into full-on fistfights during practice. I am running out of options, and I now find it harder to restrain myself and get out of bed every morning with a smile. I'm starting to fall into a depression and can't maintain social relationships. I need some help/advice.

Letting go of the anger may mean that you are no longer so competitive at football, are you willing to change if that's what it means?

Can you choose your next thought?

I can't accept not being as competitive as I am now. And can you elaborate on choosing my next thought?

When you choose your next thought, if you can't accept not being as competitive as you are now, the next happiest thought is

"I accept that I can't accept not being as competitive as I am now"

Hey! I'm Dr. Chris Walker. I think you have strong need to be relax. Your anxiety level goes out of control. There is need of some mental relax therapy to make you calm. I would like to recommend you some kind of hypnotherapy or Hypnosis from an expert according to your reachability. I assure you that you would easily get rid of such a big trouble. If you want to take any help then search for Light Dynamics Healing in Australia. :) :)

I changed my mind. I will give up being as competitive to get rid of these feelings.

That's powerful insight. Many paths of happiness open up to us when we let go of the need to compete.
