Green Tea

Green tea is very good nutrition for our health and fitness.
It is more important for burning the fat and reducing the extra body weight.
Most of people use it to lose their weight and getting slim and fit body.
Taking green tea daily keeps away from weight gaining and controls our cholesterol level.

I second this. I love green tea, it does help with gaining weight and it also makes the mind work faster

The andi-oxidiants in green tea (EGCG) are powerfull stuff!

Green tea also has high levels of Theanine in which is great for reducing stress and anxiety

Is Theanine available in extracted fourm? it has to be.. powder perhaps?
what else is Theanine found in? I do notice after stressing out green tea is calming.
