Problems during hypnosis

]OK I purchased these self help hypnosis recordings. I have been doing ok with them. EXCEPT last night I woke up from one screaming ( scary scream) Does anyone know why this would have happened??

Same reason you might have a nightmare from a scary movie. And, there is the possibility it is a random coincidence.

There are bright days and there are dark days, same refers to dreams :) It is a random coincidence as Richard said.
