What a sad and sorry account. People who have mild Asperger's sometimes get the rawest end of the deal, because they are so near 'normal' that many people can't believe there is a genuine problem. As a society, we don't seem to be very good with anything which is 'borderline' - we demand that everything must sit squarely in the proper pigeonhole, and if it doesn't, we make it!
