Offensive people intestines on misspelling, how to deal?

I have an interesting situations, it happens with me to often, I would say, but I saw with other people too!

In daily use I don't really use my mother language, when I am communication with other people. Maybe it sounds interesting, but you can imagine a group of immigrant in the middle of any country, who speak they language well, but not really has other contact with the country's official language, except when they have to solve some official problems, papers. The english is coming from films, gadgets and so on. Neither mother language or the country's official language.

In my case the En is the 3rd language, I know it is full with grammar errors, but I am 100% everyone understands it, who want it.

Now, for various reason -lets say one of you, who hates the not native EN speakers - get mad on me and want to show his superiority? or my fault? - whatever will say:

- oh, what a poor language, first learn EN until that shut up!

Well, in this case I know he is upset on me, also I know is not the misspelling and grammar errors made him angry, but the content, what I told / wrote.

Lets say I am going to a local police office (any official institute, which employees has different language) to do something, pay something. I see a long row before fence and the employer is playing Passians or other PC game. - this happens in your country too, wherever you live. After a lot of waiting I will start opening my mouth and not politely asking the employer start his job finally and stop the game.

He / she wants to hide his fault and want to counter attack. It will say something about my mistyping/misspelling, grammar error - what he gets. If I have filmed what he did, maybe he is scared a bit and start working, but sometimes, not. He will put a stamp on papers: Rejected and come back later or the searched person not available or whatever, just to get revenge.

Other case can be, when I write to a forum and somebody point all errors and saying anything to start to fight and not on topic.

I know it depends on situation and the persons too, but how should I proceed, to achieve what I want and be elegant too?
