not sure if it is PAWS? Pls help with ANXIETY ATTACKS

Hi there,
I need your help.
I don't know if I would cosider myself as a heavy smoker but I used to smoke 4 grams per (really strong stuff approx. 25% THC) especially for the pandemic/lockdown time. However I decided quit 6 weeks ago.
The 1st week came along with appetite loss, sweating in the night and of course insomnia.
The 2nd week almost the same, especially the insomnia part was horrible.
Arournd the 3rd week I started the get depressed (pls note I have some underlying issues that lead to depression) but this depression is much more worse. Within the 3rd week I also got some horrible anxiety attacks especially when I think of my other underlying issues. THE ANXIETY ATTACKS SYKROCKET IN THE FORENOON UNTIL 1pm, and then it gets better.
I feel light pressure in my chest when the attacks come? Feels like a panic attack light.
Can anybody relate anxiety attacks in the forenoon? Fortunately I don't have the in evenings that much.
This is all going now until week 6 and from what I read there in the forum it will last some thime.

My questions are:
Are these anxiety attack common in the PAWS phase, especially in the morning/forenoon only to get better when the day continues?

I fear this will be forever the new me now with the attacks. How long can they take?
At the moment I don't enjoy social events with my friends, the gym, reading a book. At work I don't talk to much and think all the time about my mental health. Some people have already acknowledged it.
I am starting to worry...

Pls help and share your experiences.

You need to give it several more months.

100%. 6 weeks is nothing. Come back in 6 months. I’m nearly 3 months in and it’s hell still.

Unfortunately this does look like paws. The mornings are always the worst time of the day for me because of Cortisol. It does get better with time but it is slow going.
Stay off the weed and you WILL heal
