The best way I've found to overcome the fear of public speaking (at least for me) was to actually just do it and then get POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT.

When you get great positive reinforcements, you get more confident.

And then you'll start to like public speaking even more.

That's just been my experience.

I'd open share more if you'd like.
