Not covertly. I believe the CIA had some covert tests when they were doing the MK Ultra hypnosis experiments, but their tests involved medical equipment.

Well I believe if we achieve amnesia we can kind of confirm that the client is in the threshold of somnambulism, right?
So the Elman style number blocking is a test for Somnambulism. If that's true, covert test Do Exist - I believe.

Whats your opinion?

You're probably right. I think I'm too influenced by Estabrooks, who believed that only one in five people was capable of somnambulism. I've definitely gotten amnesia in far more than one in five, so I tend to discount it.

You said it..!! perhaps 1 in 5 will not pass amnesia initially, but as I continue to work I will get the result anyway. For clients amnesia is convincer Too, so I want a way to test covertly before I do overtly.
