A Quick question

Just need to understand why veggies and fruits so much emphasised so much regard to healthy eating when vegeterians arent healthier. This reveals that a balanced diet is always better, a fact that makes meat as healthy as veggies and fruits so fruits and veggies arent healthier :mrgreen:

PICKED RIPE
FRUITS, BERRIES, MELONS

Not vegetables. Humans are Frugivores.

I actually believe there is something special; metaphysical and existential about fruits. They make you stronger against the negative influences in your life. I will have a look at arnold ehret, thanks.

Guy says eating fruits eliminate disease but i think one who eats only fruits wont be healthy at all.

Is there any study about anyone who ate only fruits for a long time? That would reveal the doubt..

Qv you dont reply me because you are angry that i havent given enough importance to your link but i understand its the same detone with fruits story. Im trying to increase my fruit consume everyday.

Experimenting that seems like a way of suicide but i will read his stuff. İt seems guy ignores role of protein at all.

We don't need as much protein as the protein-pushers have insisted that we do. Beware who is behind the pushers of anything beyond your body's natural way to health. That means you have to know what is natural.

This guy seems fun but a short term fruit fasting in my agenda maybe tomorrow but i cant guarantee. I want to learn if that will make any change in my thinking.
