Going to a party

Postby Christine132456 » Tue Mar 08, 2016 7:20 pm

Hi I'm Christine and I go to high school. I am slightly socially awkward, I can speak to boys and be round "popular people" but I sometimes get uncomfortable. There is this party at an old friends and there will be alcohol and ppl will be getting off- I have never got off with anyone and I'm really nervous about going. I want to go but idk if I should because people might laugh at me if I do something wrong. Also if I don't go I'll get jealous of all my friends that are going:( should I or shouldn't I go?!

Yeah go, definitely!

Assuming you like parties. Be yourself, hang out with friends. Don't drink if you don't want to. It's all about socializing and having fun. Even partying well is a skill ;), so go and see how well you'll do. So you are less insecure at the next party and can party even harder! Don't worry too much about doing something wrong. We all screw up sometimes, if you do, laugh it off and move on.

Enjoy yourself! There is no need to be insecure about this.

Well i see you have a fear in you and its very advanced .I an say that you should go for sure ,and if you do something wrong its not a problem ,everyone of us we do .Confront your fears ,go to party you will gain experience ,how to socialize etc .If you stay only in house its not good
