Going vegan is a step in the right direction, by foregoing eating animals. However, any industrial processed foods aren't really food. They are just another way to clog up your system.

If you want aggressive, look up Robert Morse ND and John Rose on YouTube.

That's right. That's why most everyone is suffering from one or another health issue . . . 90-95% of the "food" presented to them is garbage.

Fruits, Berries, Melons, a vegetable salad, All Raw, either eaten whole, or Juiced.

Are you saying thanks, anyway, as in, okay, I'll ignore what's good for me and stay in my comfort zone . . .

It's a will power thing food is sometimes to enjoy I don't think I can adapt to a total fruits and raw vegetables diet but increase the ratio of healthy choices. My thanks was for writing in my thread by the way..

You are welcome, and my pleasure.

Surely, you must work yourself up to a total diet of such. I did read the word "aggressive" . .

Cooked food is definitely an addictive substance, emotionally, physically. It's part of traditions and social interactions. It's embedded in culture. So I do totally understand.

I don't know I like food maybe in the future. Anyway life without a pizza and beer seems so odd to me. As a part of recovery efforts I try to minimise such things but just with intentions of being able to consume those if I recover..thanks again for the kind responses anyway..

I've just read at curiosity that coffee consumption is even healthy In large amounts. It's said to relieve depression beside some other health benefit. I have doubts about it. But I want to drink a mocha anyways..

This person who provided the "no" answer is of the understanding that no animal flesh, nor products from animals, are of a healthy nature when consumed by the homo sapiens species..
