what to eat when dealing cumulative effects of heavy stress. Dont tell me b complex vitamins they caused a disaster earlier

there is a controversy about foods effect on psyche as most dont cross bbb. What do you think? You know the turkey myth its understood that turkey doesnt improve mood

Actually i need a diet to ease depression and anxiety but data at internet is inconclusive about even food does anything

I agree with eating whatever makes you happy. A couple of days on chocolate and you start craving fruit and veg again.

There's a Turkish takeaway very near my home. It's stayed open throughout lockdowns and I've wandered in but haven't had anything from there because I don't know what to ask for.

Maybe I'll get brave now and have an iskender kebap.

try iskender kebap its very delicious meat with tomato sauce melted butter oil spread over bread under the meat
