Hello Bell
I would just like to second what the previous person said. I was once told on a meditation course that in Thailand there used to be meditation huts in the forest and everyone could and did make use of these huts in order to have a bit of a break from life, people etc.

My other thought was that you said you take exercise when you get a free moment. Maybe you need to ensure that you balance the needs of your mind and body. For myself I found meditation too cerebral and prefer yoga which is meditative but also keeps your body, internal organs and endocrine system healthy.

Hi Kim,

I agree, yoga is really good as it relaxes both mind and body and because it involves physical movements of the body it helps you to stay grounded and more in the real world. It saves time too, as it relaxes both mind and body and exercises the body all at the same time!
