I totally see how you would have anxiety, you cant even vent anymore without people jumping on you *shakes head* Its all good man, the good thing about a post is people can choose to read it or chose not to. If writing makes you feel better....go for it.

On a serious note, have you tried the drink powders called "Calm?" you can buy those at walmart, cvs, etc...what life changes have you made to lessen your anxiety?

the drugs you listed...ofcourse they dont work. they make things worse, they destroy your body and have side affects as you are experiencing. All those things you named, stay away from them and dont let anyone tell you otherwise. If your still on them, talk to your doc about weening off, dont go cold turkey. The things I speak of like Calm drink isnt a quick fix, but its a healthier natural alternative that may not make you feel great, but if it can make you feel ok for 5 mins, then thats worth something. The body is amazing and can heal itself with most things, but you need to stop looking at big pharma and go more natural for your mind body and soul. Your soul being happy will help your physical. The drugs/meds you are on have created more of a depressed feel for you, its not you, its just a side effect. Fight it, know it, think of it like a bad cold and you need to get well again, ya know? your brain rotting away isnt....unless you have like dementia or have done some serious serious hard core drugs, your brain is prob not as bad as you think, have you had a ct scan?

Currently I take only anti pschotics . I may go insane if I don't take them. They work however at keeping me sane however. I mean anti anxiety anti depressant meds don't but they work. I haven't had a ct scan worry it may mess things I have a genuine stamina.

I thought of quitting drugs you say they make me depressed but I was depressed when I wasn't on them too. Can you clarify?

Ofcourse, so yes there is being depressed due to emotional conflict and then there is drug induced depression. Im sure you were not feeling too happy which lead you to trying the medication but science has shown that these physically alter your brain, which is why on the commercials you see things like "side effects are trouble sleeping, suicidal thoughts.." etc...so it makes your depression worse. Then when you try to pull away from the pills, most time improperly..your body goes nuts bc its so use to the chemical, Its almost like a alcoholic quitting alcohol cold turkey or a heroin addict just quitting. Your body will go nuts. Not to mention the meds you noted also affect other areas of the body and cause inflammation and too low or too high levels of..whatever...which when your body feels like crap, your mental state wont be the best...its a horrible cycle. Depression is part chemical part side effect of something you have gone through. I think the chemical side will always be there like you will be prone to have phases of saddness compared to others but..I do feel there is a way to lessen this. One is fixing your medication, the second is finding why you feel like you do, ---and I just thought of this...did you know low levels of a simple thing like Vit D can make you feel extremely tired, achy and sad???

Vitamin mineral deficiencies very rare I don't think I have such a problem. I'm reluctant to change my medication no side effect I'm aware of.

oh no no no, vitamin deficiencies are very very common. The docs office I work for specializes in this. 95% percent of us (just my figure of numbers) lacks in some form of nutrition /vitamin. I was told by my primary the reason why I felt so tired and achy was bc I needed to exercise and was depressed. UH...no. Do I have stormy skies, yes yes, would it do me good to move around more --sure, but that was not my issue. After taking his advice and trying different things, I had my office draw my blood, and to sum for you all, my vit D level was tanked, like almost at a zero and I had inflammation and a few other things. She put me on a few supplements, and within a month I felt soooo much better!!! Energy, less aches, some inflammation still but its way less...... I bet you you probably have some of this going on. Try to go to a consult in a doc who treats with supplements and a cleaner diet. Their tests are more indepth as well because they are not confined by the insurance codes as most primary typical docs, therefore they can test how they see fit.

Please google all the medications you are on and look at their side effects which is written by the very company that makes them. Those are real things, its not made up. You may not experience all of them but you are certainly going though some. Its like someone who eats nothing but stuff high in cholesterol, they cant feel their arteries getting clogged until its too late. Things happen in your body that you are not aware of until you are riding in the back of an ambulance.

I don't think I have a vitamin deficiency still. I worry I may have a brain related problem I sense some abnormalities. There is always pressure at my brain. Maybe I die because of that no work worries no work stress. Not so bad. I don't care about drugs side effects after all I don't sense anything . The only thing I care about is libido loss but it's not likely I have libido if I quit drugs.

but, your not a human xray or a doctor, you can not be certain whats going on within you. Pressure on the brain and things like that need to be looked at by a expert. Why do you think then you feel so bad, if I may ask? And even if you got libido back how would that do you any good when you feel so awful?

In the same token you say you dont care if the drugs have side effects....eh I duno, I think you do in a way other wise you wouldnt be on here seeking some form of insight or help. Nothing is a magic wand, I know getting up and doing something to help yourself seems very tiring or been there done that----do you have any support system? Did you always feel this way?

You very well may have brain issues but you need to confirm it then do something about it. The body is very interesting. Take a elderly man for example, give him a bad urinary tract infection (not a biggie for most ppl but) guess what, that UTI can change his behavior and personality to the extreme and HE would have no idea it was happening just the ppl who know about it....

I mean you feel like crud, your sister bothers you, you hate your job, your brain feels like it it has pressure---what are you going to do?
