Its always better to have healthy food.
Food with rich source of proteins & Vitamins.
Only healthy Diet makes you healthy :)

Don't need to think about proteins, except to stay away from rich sources of it. The idea that we need to make sure to "get our protein" is a myth. It's been documented, and buried for commercial purposes. It's one of the main causes of our health problems. Stay away from dairy. Stay away from meat products.

I understand what's you talking about (my girlfriends) thinks that too. She want to make more and more pounds, she is slim but however where is the limit?
