My mother tried to quit for very long time, she cannot do that because everytime when she get very angry or stressed (because of seeing her pathologic mother etc.) she wanted to smoke, I told her to use e-cigarette and imho it was the best solution for here. Did you think about that?

In my opinion Depression can be cured, but first of all you have to delete source of depression, if that "move" is not completed then you will never be 100% free of depression.

When I was younger i had that problem too, but after all i figured out that if you scare you can only attract satan to you. Good idea is to get up at 3:15 AM (satan hour?) and wait some minutes, after nothing will happen you should get more confidence.
