Girls can allow themselves to be slim but men are supposed to be broad...

And my heart hurts so much because I'm always under stress. Even though I don't do anything special...

Of course I am. In the last week I actually eat much more than usual. It's because school just ended for me and I am allowed to sit at home each day all by myself. Far away from those pesky humans.. hmm yes.. that is it. I mean the ones that laugh in your face and take nothing seriously.
Soo I will sit here and watch the world turn. Heh heh...
I am actually slowly gaining weight I think. Every week about like 0.1 kg I think. But that's way too slow for me. Sometimes I lose motivation and simply stop eating even if I kind of want to. But who cares. Desire is overrated. Only my mother can encourage me then... so should I try not to lose my motivation and simply eat as much as I can? Or is there an even better solution?

The even better solution is to choose to eat the right amount of healthy food, also picking up from what you have said above, maybe you are taking life too seriously, maybe you could lighten up a bit, you deserve happiness just because you exist.

Have you ever watched this hypnosis I made? Be aware, it is very powerful.

Sometimes I manage to eat 1800 kcal a day sometimes even 2000 kcal, the amount I am supposed to be eating I think. But sometimes and today is such a day I only eat like 1000 kcal... makes me just wanna stop trying and eat only 1000 kcal each day. What's so bad about weighing 45 kgs anyway hehe.. except that u will most likely get no sex. But is it a necessity?

Only you know what is right for you. Can you look yourself in the eye in the mirror and say

"I am my own best friend, I look after myself very well, I deserve happiness just because I exist, I eat the right amount of healthy food, I drink the right amount of healthy drinks"

That doesn't make things better.

Can you?

Yes, I soak my mind with positive and optimistic thought patterns, loving thought patterns, happy thought patterns, forgiving thought patterns and the quality of my experience of the world has improved massively

Life coaching is no psychology. People feeling bad about themselves will not see the light when they just get to hear everything can be so optimistic.

We can all choose our next thought, we can choose an optimistic thought, life is that simple

not to me, I'm sorry. Sometimes something too strong overpowers our next thought. It's not that simple at all.

don't feed into the media. You are built the way you are due to genetics. It's probably apart of your genetic makeup why you are thin. Look at other people in your family, are they thin?
