There's always a but when you have good ideas about looking after yourself. If you're relaxed and open you can walk through crowds easily, smiling at some people -- and when they smile back, you feel connected to your fellow human beings.

Soothing as always thanks. I missed your message and went to an uncrowded little market but bought fish..cooking now. I liked the day winter ambience. There aren't many winter days left..

Do you prefer winter in Turkey? I don't think you would if you lived in England! I'm fed up with grey sky, rain, and fear of overnight frost that could turn the whole town into an ice-skating rink.

It's easy to overeat when the meal is good. It sounds like you're a great cook! Don't beat yourself up over it -- fish is good for your brain.

Back to worries..is this life?

You have an anxiety problem, desperate. Can you remember when and how it started?

Every season is different I tend to favor spring and winter..you know sun and blue skies..But sometimes winter is good too when it's cold outside raining or snowing, wind white and you are inside at warm that's good. But as you agree in your post darkness of winter sucks I don't like it.
Overeating is terrible. .One must eat in moderation . I hate the feeling that occurs when you are overeating. Lately my appetite is low I'm sometimes glad for that. Eat less and healthy.indeed I have an intense anxiety problem beside others like memory.I always find something to worry about that makes living he'll. I hope anxiety vanishes some day and I start to enjoy life again something I don't care as much as before though..

I've noticed! You worry about every little detail of your life. How did you grow up with so little confidence in your ability to handle whatever life throws at you?

I hope anxiety vanishes some day ...

I don't think that can happen when you let it run your life. As far as I know it stops you making friends, particularly women friends, and you end up alone worrying about eating too much, taking the wrong medication or how much you're drinking.

...and I start to enjoy life again

I see some hope here. You enjoyed life at one stage. When did you stop, and what happened to take away your enjoyment?

I don't care as much as before though..

You have a right to be happy, free from anxiety and depression, enjoying all the things that make life great for other people. It sounds as though you've given up on yourself. :(

Military psychosis? Are you saying you were involved in armed combat?

Not caring can be a good thing, if it means you no longer fret over things you can't control, such as being popular. If it means you give up on looking for greater life satisfaction, that's not such a good thing.

You have to love who you are. When you truly love who you are, better people and possibilities come to you.

I haven't thought not caring that way..You say it's a good thing..hmm maybe. No combat at military but people you work with and commanders were terrible it may be even worse than combat itself..I had to sleep in small room with 40 people . There were criminals, people who can't write etc
