For the past few days, I've been feeling really angry. I've been giving people a piece of my mind for saying something as simple as "you look nice". Basically, I've started to think that this anger might be because I am stressed. I didn't really notice it until today, though. I think I feel like everything is just too much to cope with right now. I just need a way to get over this. Any suggestions?
