Dry mouth in presentations is easy to deal with. There's a specific technique to handle it.

Whenever you feel your mouth is too dry to carry on speaking (sensibly) you should VERY GENTLY squeeze the back of the inside of your cheek between the molars there. Be careful to do this VERY gently for the obvious reasons!

... and for all of you trying this now and saying "this doesn't work".... it doesn't, unless and until you've got a dry mouth! :D :)

Meybe you have social anxiety.
You need permanent teraphy for example Gestalt teraphy.
Or do not think about embbarrasing, everyone can be embbarrased.

Maybe keeping a mint in your mouth will stimulate the salivary glands.

Often the quivering voice is only noticiable to you the nervous speaker.

Here are two techniques to manage your voice.

Breathe deeply from the bottom of your diraphram. Your tummy should move - not your chest.

Speak slower.

Hi, I own a Sanyo Xacti HD1000 camera and have no problems recording videos. When I play them back using the PLAY feature on the camera itself i have no problems, but when I attach the SD card to my laptop and try to play a video I recorded, the video is very glitchy/choppy or plays perfectly for a second, then the picture freezes while the time continues as normal. When I open the video files MP4 in Windows Media player only a screenshot from the video is shown, but the sound is fine.

Most importantly, the videos are of no use to me with my video editing software.

Please help I Cant find a solution to this anywhere on the internet.

Thank you very much in advance
