I have small panic attacks when in a moving vehicle

Hi, I wasn't quite sure where to post this, but this seemed the most reasonable place to write this. So sorry if it's not.

Anyways, as the title says, I have small panic attacks when I'm in a moving vehicle. When I go on car rides I listen to music to keep myself entertained. I usually daydream while listening to my music, so I don't really pay attention to whats out the window. However, when I do go to admire the scenery and actually pay attention to what ever is outside, it feels like my nerves freeze up. I frantically shut off the music, and I'm sorta frozen in some fear for about a minute or two. After that I relax, but I'm always gasping for air after it happens. I have no idea why this happens, or what it actually is. Anyone have any advice or ideas as to what this is?
