Usually, if you have a bad routine during a day, it can contribute to a bad night's sleep. There are books written about this topic, full of tips such as:

- stress can cause restlessness,
- maybe you are consuming to much media before sleep,
- maybe you are eating too late.
- ...

It could be many different factors, but I recommend looking at your daily routine from clues as to what you are doing wrong that prevents you from sleeping well during the night.

If you want a quick fix, I guess so sleeping pills over the counter would do.

Again, I don't recommend pills. They often only cure symptoms, while the real issue remains. Still, sleeping pills are available over the counter, in most pharmacies in the world. I don't know the names of the brands.

Oh, this reminds me, over consumption of coffee (e.g., 2-3 coffees per day, every day) can lead to sleeplessness.

I dont drink coffee for years so thats not the cause of my sleeplessness for the last two nights 200 mg seroquel made me sleep
