Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Postby Dbanfiel » Tue Jan 31, 2017 9:35 pm

Here's a question.

Does anyone notice their anxiety comes out of nowhere? Not because of a thought, or something in the external world. and definitely not a panic attack, but just an anxious feeling that arises for no apparent reason?

This is what I struggle with the most currently as it is hard to change my thought patterns or behavior if I can't determine where its coming from.

My only guess, is that I am still highly sensitized and this will simply die down on its own with time. Or maybe I just can't identify the trigger but this doesn't seem to be the case.

I've been dealing with what I believe to be Generalized Anxiety Disorder for the last 5 months.

The emotions are very complex, and are closely related to thoughts and desires, maybe it is necessary to analyze, what are the thoughts and desires that influence any type of emotion, Analyze what situations arise, and what is the chain of desires and thoughts that accompany those emotions, To take the necessary measures, For example if fear and anxiety occurs in a dark place, the solution is simpler, is to seek to go to more enlightened places, or to be accompanied

Sometimes fear can arise when we are surrounded by unknown people in different social situations, Sometimes the fear can be produced by feeling some threat or by feeling that some lie of one can be discovered

All emotion has a cause, in some thought or desire, It is necessary to meditate on this, To discover the different possible causes

I think Personality Disintegration explain a lot of what I am feeling. When you react to events overly emotionally because you are desensitized and the emotions come swiftly. It makes you feel like you're not in control or you're not yourself.

Boy did Claire Weekes understand it well.
