Omg I had exactly the same think! It's gone once you stop thinking about it. Sometimes I still think about it and feel like I can't breathe but now it's more serious. I really can't help with that I might be even worse

I believe it's some sort of a "mini" panic attack. Probably because of your father's lost. Try relaxing and feeling better about yourself. For me what worked best what taking up a hobby that I loved. It "filled the gap" I felt. If it gets any worse, see a therapist.
