Why dose it feel Really good When hungery TO ME

I am going thur things right now A Depression and I am not eating why dose it feel so good to be hungery I eat little hear and there but not much I am just liking the feeling is that crazy or maybe it is just my depression if I don't eat much then will i lose wight or could it kill me .just wanting to know

I am not sure what the question is, but if you are depressed, then what you eat might affect your depression. Most depressed people are hypoglycemic, so the first step in treatment is going on a hypoglycemic diet.
