For a normal person walking would do no harm but things change when the matter is me. That's why I hate living I'm unnormal.

I'm in deep trouble with this work everyday same hell I can't stand this job is my dad's gift from hell to me if there is a little bit fairness in this universe my dad and sister should be doomed till the end of time

If you're tired of walking, have you tried building up your upper body strength so that you can dive into the ground and swim through it like through water?

Walking is extremely useful! In my opinion even more useful than running. But I do neither of them :)

If I am not mistaken noble people in the past used to do motion after having a meal because it is really healthy.

Perhaps a better thing you can do is go to the gym. At the gym you can run walk work out, and it just happens to be good for the body and mental state. You have to do something proactive and productive with your being. It will help you mentally.
