I think I have depression and I don’t know what to do

Postby Sadness567 » Sat Feb 10, 2018 1:33 pm

Hello, I’m looking for help about a problem. I am 15 years old and I think I have depression. In the past year, I have had a lot of problems at school, and have been teased a lot. I don’t enjoy going into to school and I always live in fear. I also worry about little things. I’m very skinny and get picked on and people are people are rough with me. I have some private health issues as well, which is really upsetting me. I feel really sad and have lost joy in things I have once loved to do. I can’t talk to anyone. My parents don’t take me seriously because I worry a lot and I don’t know what to do. I live in the UK. I don’t know what to do. I’m considering doing something I’ll regret and I’m worried. I’m not comfortable telling my problems with family as I don’t want them to worry. I would really appreciate any advice. Thanks for reading. I just want to be happy and I don’t know what will make me it

You can make an appointment with your doctor, everything you tell them is private and confidential unless they feel you are a danger to yourself then they will tell necessary people. After you have told them what’s up they will help you set a plan on who to see and what to do to help you get back on track :)

One good friend can get you through anything, and is better than several so-so or unavailable ones. Good luck!
