I would just like to second what the previous person said. I was once told on a meditation course that in Thailand there used to be meditation huts in the forest and everyone could and did make use of these huts in order to have a bit of a break from life, people etc.
My other thought was that you said you take exercise when you get a free moment. Maybe you need to ensure that you balance the needs of your mind and body. For myself I found meditation too cerebral and prefer yoga which is meditative but also keeps your body, internal organs and endocrine system healthy.
