Asking out a girl I guess

Postby Jimmy1234 » Wed Jan 30, 2019 5:31 pm

I like this girl, and I thought she liked me back. It was going really well for a couple of weeks and her friend who is also my friend asked if I liked her. I said yes. He seemed quite happy about it, and says I probably should as she probably likes me. Then a few days later I tell him I'm going to ask her out and he says I should wait exactly 2 weeks and 3 three days. I was sceptical but he has done this before so I trusted him and then a couple of days later he tells me that she doesn't like me. I'm really confused pls help. :?:

If you think you might like a girl, ask her directly. There is NOTHING confusing about that.

You make it confusing when you play children’s games, passing notes and talking to her friends instead of talking to her.

As a general rule, when you establish a connection with a person (for whatever reason), its best to keep it organic and free of politics. This means leave other people out of it. Anytime you bring a third party into these situations, you lose your ability to access freely, because you have now handed that perspective to another person to tell you what they see. This also can have implications on the person you want to meet, if they feel like you do not possess the basic confidence to introduce yourself.
