hello everyone where do i start this forum helped me a lot it made me understand what paws are my story i stopped weed on march 11 i smoked mainly sativa i suddenly didn't feel well i went to the hospital in the middle of the night there I was told that I had a panic attack and was hyperventilating then I immediately stopped smoking I am now 4 months and 15 days later my symptoms were depression anxiety Muscle tension lower back pain muscle twitching headache neck and shoulder complaints head jerk that I still struggle with now are sometimes muscle twitching low back pain and sometimes headache how long can it take before I am back to my old self ?

From what I am reading 6 months is a positive turning point but 1 year seems to be the biggest adjustment. Overall I think everyone is different. I smoked for 15 years and still struggle with headaches, nausea, eye issues and some other nagging problems. I can say it is getting better but I am looking forward to a year

oh yes forgot to report I also have very little sense in sex is that normal too

For me it has been hard to want to have sex. I am married so sometimes I try really hard to encourage myself to go forward with it. It is more emotional for me rather then physical. I am able to perform but sometimes just don't have the urge. From what I have also read this is super normal also.

You are experiencing PAW. This is very normal and one thing you need to do is not to touch weed.
