It is very important to keep time when giving speech. Dress code is also a part of the message.

I have been looking for best ways we can all keep the conversation going.

Remember most people are fearful and even loose confidence when speaking in public; but we were all once inexperienced in what we do, we just took first steps and kept going.

Now, I have been connecting to many people who help those in fear of public speaking; but today I found this information form Seth Godin helpful.
Seth is a very nice blogger and I do love his articles.
Here a nice message I love to share from his post.

{ "On going over your time"

[There’s never enough time to get your message across. Even Fidel Castro, famous for giving six-hour speeches, had plenty more to add.

If you’re given 8 minutes, take 8 minutes minus 7 seconds, not 9 minutes. The extra minute is selfish. The extra minute doesn’t actually make that much of a difference in how much you are able to communicate.

In fact, it’s the non-verbal communication we remember, and if you are rushing, apologizing and stepping on the toes of the person after you, that’s what the audience will take away.]}
