How many sessions in one go?

Postby gbchap77 » Wed Sep 04, 2013 11:10 pm

Hi all,
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question, I wasn't sure where it should go.

I have a growing list of downloads from uncommonknowledge, all of them pertinent to the development I want to make. My questions are these:

A, Considering that each 'session' relaxes you then brings you back, how many sessions in a row can I listen to without confusing / tiring out my sub-conscience or generally reducing each sessions effectiveness due to constant relaxation then coming back out?
B, I have read information that suggests the best way to utilise hypnotherapy is to listen to it only once a week, any more it says and the sub-conscience becomes too familiar to the spoken words, predicts the content and the session loses its influence.

I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on these questions / points.

Regards,

Hi there

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying our downloads. I thought a couple of our FAQ entries might be of some help:

http://www.hypnosisdownloads.com/faq/how-often
http://www.hypnosisdownloads.com/faq/more-than-one

The whole FAQ is here:

All the best

I would vote one a day of any type and don't do follow on listening (one hypnosis after another).
hope this helps!

Unless your condition is acute, I would say one a day maximum as well.

If you have a selection, rotate them regularly. Each one has a relative "shelf life" in which, as you observe, can become over-familiar and predictable.
