Usually, if you have a bad routine during a day, it can contribute to a bad night's sleep. There are books written about this topic, full of tips such as:
- stress can cause restlessness,
- maybe you are consuming to much media before sleep,
- maybe you are eating too late.
- ...
It could be many different factors, but I recommend looking at your daily routine from clues as to what you are doing wrong that prevents you from sleeping well during the night.
If you want a quick fix, I guess so sleeping pills over the counter would do.
