How come that people that hallucinate voices and imagine thought broadcasting actually confuse personal pronouns.
So where someone normally thinks: ' I have to go and get my bike' someone thinks 'You have to go and get your bike ' .
Why would a patient change specifically these words in its imagination?
It often occurs for the first time after using marihuana but not necessarily.
Is it because the patient imagines people are talking to them? Or is the unconsious processing 'the way people talk towards you ' in a too generalizing way ?
