Help, Please!

Hi Guys, im new here, sorry if this is the wrong topic place for this topic, anyway

i have a problem in my pc


at first it was saying Loppy disk(s) fail (40)
i tried to randomly change something, it gone

but after it ask for

Safe mode
Safe mode with network
Safe mode with cmd

Last known good conf...

Start windows normally

so, all of them fail, after it, the whole pc keep restarting

it just keep restarting after loading screen

in Safe mode, it freeze then restart :\\\\\\

in last known good Conf...
it same restart


anyway, i need your help guys, i really need it

i'll be very thankful if you helped me to fix it, please i need fast reply...
