You can do it a step at a time. Eat meat four days a week, have three days with only fruit and veg. Then the other way round. Then five days vegetarian.
If it feels better you'll stay with it. If it doesn't, you did the experiment. No harm done.

No, but you can play with it as above. Four days green tea all day, three days fresh juices or water. Again, see which feels better.
A juicer is a good investment. You can make juices you won't find in a supermarket or health food shop.
Experimenting on yourself is a lot of fun. You make the rules. The results of your experiments will tell you
which feels better.
That's the point of it all. Find out what feels better and head for that. Then what feels even better... and so on.
