How can i cure my depression when i cant feel it?
You’re feeling the discord between feeling, and what you’re thinking. Notice when certain thoughts arise about yourself and or your life, that some thoughts resonate, or, feel great...and some thoughts create discord, or, suffering, and don’t feel great.
In regard to the thoughts which create discord with feeling, inspect those thoughts. Find the misunderstanding, misinterpretation, and misidentification.
Also notice, when you shift from thinking about yourself, to what you want to do, create & experience, you feel a slight relief. Notice, the more you focus on & think about what you do want, the better you feel.
As you consciously focus on what you do want each day, you’ll notice you are creating a momentum of good feeling.
You’ll find that the more you focus on what you do want, the more your experience is becoming it.
