ok I got a plan to try---for 1 week you can do 1 of two options.
Option 1 - no carbs at all, no soda,and nothing over 10 grams of sugar. Other than that--you can eat what you want. Kinda like a Atkins

( No bread, pastas, cookies, things like that)
Option 2- Smoothies (healthy ones) replace 1 of your 3 main meals, then you can have things like salads, fruits, veggies, grilled chicken, seafood, heart healthy pastas, soups, and rice but nothing fried and no dairy. You could also replace 2 meals with a smoothie if you want.
I tried smoothie/soup diet but it didnt last, mostly do to me not being able to grab a smoothie as I saw fit
